Raman Ghotra

Raman Ghotra is an experienced human resources professional with a background spanning over 18 years in various HR roles. Currently serving as People and Culture Manager at WorkSafeBC since September 2010, Raman has also held positions such as HR Manager, Labour Relations Manager, and Senior Human Resources Advisor within the organization. Prior to WorkSafeBC, Raman worked as a Human Resources Advisor at Vancouver Community College and as a Human Resources Associate at the Provincial Health Services Authority. Educationally, Raman holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources from the British Columbia Institute of Technology, obtained between 2000 and 2005.
