Vaibhav Tripathi

Vaibhav Tripathi is an experienced instructional design and project management professional with a strong background in developing and delivering training programs. Currently serving as the Instructional Project Lead at WorkSafeBC, Vaibhav leads the development of training initiatives to enhance occupational health and safety. Previously, Vaibhav held roles such as Instructional Designer at GroupHEALTH Benefit Solutions, where responsibilities included designing technical training and conducting needs assessments, and Learning and Development Specialist at Pocketpills, focused on employee skills development. Additional experience includes teaching International Business Management courses at Greystone College, serving as a Classroom Instructor at various institutions, and managing restaurant operations. Vaibhav holds an MBA from the Indian School of Business and a BE in Information Technology, along with additional qualifications in teaching English.
