Donna Miller-Wallace

Donna Miller-Wallace is an accomplished leader in corporate planning and operational performance, currently serving as Director at WorkSafeNB since July 2022. Prior experience includes Executive Director at Victoria Glen Manor, managing a non-profit nursing home and achieving significant reductions in inappropriate antipsychotic use. Donna has a strong background in education as a former instructor at New Brunswick Community College and has held various managerial positions, including Service Centre Operations Manager at Service New Brunswick and Vice President at Monexus Information Services and Actuate Corporation. Donna’s career is marked by expertise in performance management, implementation of Balanced Scorecards, and successful budget management across diverse sectors. Educational qualifications include MSc. in Systems Science from the University of Ottawa and a registered psychotherapy degree from Transformational Arts College.
