Emily Kring has been in the IT industry since 2012. Emily began their career at Michigan Office Solutions (MOS) as a Help Desk Technician/Software Support Analyst. In 2015, they moved to Allied Business Services as an Information Systems Administrator. In 2019, they joined Worksighted as a Client Services Engineer - Team Lead, and was later promoted to Client Services Team Manager.

Emily Kring received a Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems and Business Administration from Ferris State University between 2013 and 2015. Emily also holds two certifications, a 3cx Basic Certification obtained from 3CX in June 2020, and a Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Administrator Associate obtained from Microsoft in December 2020.
