Mario Jones, MPPA has a diverse work experience. Mario currently serves as the Vice President of Operations at Worksite Labs, where they oversee all operations and works with the executive team to develop policies and programs. Previously, they worked as the Director of Operations at Worksite Labs and developed operational strategies for lab operations. Mario also worked as an Account Manager at R.A.M. Healthcare Consulting Group, Inc. from 2018 to 2020. In addition, they have experience as a Direct Care Staff at United Cerebral Palsy of Los Angeles, Ventura and Santa Barbara Counties and as a Medical Device Sales Representative at Socal Spine Inc. Mario also has experience in hospitality as an Outlet Manager at Back A Yard Caribbean American Grill. Furthermore, they have a background in program development and staff management, having worked at Via Services as the Via West Director and Manager of Programming and Staffing. Mario has also held various roles including Summer Interim Manager, Head Counselor, Kitchen Staff, Unit Director, and Counselor at Via Services.

Mario Jones, MPPA, pursued a Master of Public Policy and Administration (MPPA) degree from California Lutheran University from 2016 to 2019. Prior to that, they earned a Master of Public Administration (MPA) with a concentration in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management from San Francisco State University in 2016. In 2014, Mario obtained certifications such as Food Protection Manager from the American National Standards Institute and SELPA Behavior Intervention Certification from the Santa Clara County Office of Education. In terms of undergraduate education, Mario completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from San Jose State University between 2008 and 2013. Additionally, they briefly attended Moorpark College in 2010. Mario's educational pursuits reflect a strong focus on public administration, policy, and health care management.
