Jenna Gonzales is an experienced IT professional with a background in technical support and information technology management. Currently serving as Information Technology Support Manager at WorkSmart since February 2021, Jenna has previously held positions such as Technical Support Engineer and Technical Support. Prior experience includes serving as an IT Specialist for the City of Jacksonville, NC, where responsibilities encompassed providing technical assistance for networks, servers, and applications, in addition to troubleshooting virtual and Citrix servers. Jenna also worked as an IT Technician for the City of Brenham, offering technical expertise for various IT systems and maintaining computer communication lines. Earlier experience includes serving as an IT Specialist in the United States Marine Corps from January 2006 to June 2013. Jenna obtained a high school diploma from Northview High School in 2005.
