Lucas Gargano

Lucas Gargano has a diverse background in technical support and quality assurance within the gaming industry. Currently serving as a Technical Support Representative at WorkSmart since October 2022, Lucas previously held multiple roles at Epic Games from December 2017 to August 2020, including Release QA, Live QA, and QA Tester, where responsibilities included managing live issues for Fortnite and conducting various testing duties. Additionally, Lucas interned at BLDG-25 in early 2017, contributing to branding efforts for the East Coast Game Conference under the guidance of CEO Troy Knight. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Art & Design and a Certificate in Cybersecurity from North Carolina State University.
