Kaitlyn Thoen

Kaitlyn Thoen has a wealth of experience in the field of product design and user experience. Kaitlyn began their career in 2012 as Manager of Affiliates Program and Assistant to the Director of Wellness at Union College Affiliates. In 2013, they took on the role of Introductory Psychology Supplemental Instructor at Supplemental Instruction and Event Assistant at Christine Wheat Special Events. In 2014, Kaitlyn started working at Zeel.com as Senior Community Manager, Biz Dev & Community Manager, and Operations and Expansion Associate. In 2017, they became a UX/UI Designer at Zeel.com and a Freelance UX Designer. Finally, in 2018, Kaitlyn joined Worksmith as Director of Product, Product Manager, Product Design Lead, and User Experience Designer.

Kaitlyn Thoen obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and Visual Arts, with a minor in Dance, from Union College in 2014. In 2017, they attended General Assembly and earned a UX Design in Web Page, Digital/Multimedia and Information Resources Design.
