Nadine Horwitz

Nadine Horwitz has over 25 years of work experience in the marketing and promotions industry. In 1993, they began their career as a Promotions Assistant at WXRT/Chicago. In 1994, they moved to WXRT-FM/WSCR-AM as a Marketing & Promotions Assistant, where they managed station events to promote listenership and supervised a staff of ten interns. In 1996, they joined Kelly, Scott & Madison as a Promotions Director, where they leveraged and negotiated $2,000,000 in value-added media promotions for an airline client and negotiated promotionally-drive radio buys for an online travel guide. In 2002, they were promoted to VP/Director of Promotions at Kelly, Scott & Madison, Inc., where they managed all promotional activity for the agency, implemented revenue generating opportunities within the department, and developed initiatives that brought clients' brands to life. In 2005, they moved to Kelly, Scott & Madison as VP/Business Development, where they were responsible for cultivating new partnerships for the agency and providing superior client service. In 2006, they founded and became President of Fragrant Design, a Chicago Floral & Event Decor Company. Finally, in 2022, they joined Worksmith as City Manager, where they oversee the one-stop shop for all of the services needed to maintain and enhance commercial spaces.

Nadine Horwitz obtained their B.A. in Telecommunications from Indiana University Bloomington between 1990 and 1994, with minors in Speech Communications and Apparel Merchandising. Nadine also holds a certification from WBENC as a Women Owned Business.
