Chris Noll has a diverse range of work experience in various industries. Chris began their career as a Ski Host at Ski Olympic, where they hosted groups of skiers and ensured their safety. Chris then worked at SPA Security and Events, first as an Operations Manager and later as a Team Leader, overseeing large teams of employees and managing security and stewarding at various prestigious events.

Following this, Chris worked at Interactive Resorts as a Ski Sales Consultant, providing recommendations and booking ski holidays for clients. Chris also served as a Product Manager, maintaining price books and negotiating contracts with tour operators.

Chris then took on the role of Operations, HR & Finance Manager at Alpine Culture, where they managed multi-site chalets in the French Alps and handled HR-related issues. During the summer, they oversaw chalet maintenance and led recruitment for the upcoming season.

At PayDashboard, Chris first worked as a Sales Manager, leading the sales process and increasing user stats. Chris then became a Client Success Manager, maintaining client relationships and achieving high retention rates.

Currently, Chris is working at Worksome as a Client & Implementation Director. In this dual role, they oversee the relationship and growth of large clients and manages the implementation process for new clients, including project management and stakeholder engagement.

Throughout their career, Chris has demonstrated skills in team leadership, project management, client relationship management, and sales. Chris'sexperience spans industries such as travel, events, and finance technology.

Chris Noll attended St Olave's Grammar School from 1998 to 2003, where they completed their GCSEs. Chris then continued their education at the same school from 2003 to 2006, focusing on A-Levels in Economics, English, and Maths. After graduating from St Olave's, Chris went on to study at the University of Hull from 2006 to 2010, earning their Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Economics.
