Barleh Jessica Issoufou

Barleh Jessica Issoufou, MSW, currently serves as the Deputy Director of Workforce Services at WorkSource Montgomery, leading strategic initiatives to enhance workforce development programs. Previous roles include Regional Director of Operations at Career TEAM LLC, where oversight of WIOA and TANF program implementation on the East Coast was provided, and Executive Director for a TANF Employment Provider program funded by the DC Department of Human Services. With experience as Regional Director at Community Purchasing Alliance and Program Manager at EDSI, Barleh has managed operations and developed strategic plans. Additional experience includes roles at the New Jersey Department of Labor & Workforce Development and various internships focusing on social service and community support. Barleh holds a Master's degree in Social Work from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science & International Studies from Elmira College.
