Brad Butler

Brad Butler is an experienced real estate professional currently serving as Vice President Regional Director at Workspace Property Trust since October 2016, where responsibilities include overseeing the Minneapolis portfolio of suburban office and flex buildings with a focus on asset management, marketing, and leasing. Prior to this role, Brad spent 19 years at Liberty Property Trust as Senior Director of Leasing & Development, managing the marketing and leasing of a 5 million square foot portfolio in the Twin Cities market. Earlier career experience includes a position as Sales Representative at Lewis Bolt and Nut Company, specializing in industrial hardware sales, and working as both Biologist and Sales Representative at Clean-Flo Laboratories, conducting laboratory analyses and selling aeration equipment. Brad holds a degree in Biology and Environmental Studies from St. Olaf College, attended from 1989 to 1993, and graduated from Rochester Mayo High School in 1989.
