Nandhakumar Varadharajan

Nandhakumar Varadharajan is an experienced finance executive currently serving as Vice President of Finance and India Operations at WorkSpan since July 2023, where responsibilities involve partnering with global and local stakeholders to develop best-in-class Global Capability Centers. Nandhakumar's earlier career includes positions at Saba Software, Rambus, and Cadence Design Systems, with a strong focus on financial operations, strategic planning, and team growth. Academically, Nandhakumar holds an ACMA from the Institute of Cost Accountants of India, a Bachelor's degree from the University of Calcutta, and has completed executive education programs at the Indian School of Business.
