Vikas Deswal is a seasoned professional with substantial experience in quality engineering and customer experience management. Currently serving as Quality Engineer Lead at WorkSpan since November 2020, Vikas has also held roles including Customer Experience Manager, Lead - Customer Experience, and Technical Operations Engineer within the same organization. Prior to WorkSpan, Vikas was a Marketing Officer at BH Technologies for a brief period and worked as an Application Analyst at Accenture from October 2015 to November 2017. Vikas holds a Master’s degree in International Business from Grenoble Ecole de Management and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Bangalore Institute of Technology.
