Nilay Choksi

Nilay Choksi is currently the General Counsel & Corporate Secretary at Worksport and Head of Intellectual Property. Previously, Nilay worked at Philips as the Intellectual Property Counsel managing IP assets for specific businesses. Prior to that, Nilay was an Intellectual Property Counsel at GCP Applied Technologies, focusing on patent portfolio management. Nilay also worked at Aspen Aerogels, managing a global patent portfolio. Nilay started their career as an Associate Patent Attorney at Smith & Hopen, PA, specializing in patent applications for various companies and universities. Nilay holds a J.D. in Intellectual Property Law from Emory University School of Law and a B.S. in Biochemistry from Xavier University.
