Kendra Cleary

Kendra Cleary has a long and varied work experience. Kendra began their career in 1996 as an Associate Account Executive at Turner Broadcasting System, Inc. (now WarnerMedia). Kendra then moved to Chicago in the same role, but with a focus on national television advertising and sports marketing sponsorship sales. In 2009, they served as a Volunteer Liaison for Rick Snyder for Michigan, recruiting and organizing volunteers in Oakland County and Northern Michigan for their successful Gubernatorial campaign. In 2010, they joined the National Advisory Board Member for Michigan State University Alumni, and also became a Sales Marketing Consultant for KC Consulting. In 2011, they were appointed VP/Network Sales for ION Media Networks. In 2016, they joined Gannett | USA TODAY NETWORK as a Senior Key Account Executive - Automotive & Finance, and also became Vice President of Sales for TalentEi. In 2020, they ran for Michigan House of Representatives District #40, and in 2021 they began their role as Enterprise Account Manager and Account Executive for WorkStep.

Kendra Cleary attended Michigan State University College of Communication Arts and Sciences from 1985 to 1989, where they earned a B.A. in Advertising.
