Natalie Jin

Natalie Jin is the current Head of Corporate Partnerships at Workstream. Prior to this, they were an private equity investor at Leonard Green & Partners from January 2020 to September 2021. There, they closed transactions for Mariner Wealth Advisors and West Shore Home, and was responsible for PDC Brands, The Shade Store, Troon Golf, Mariner Wealth Advisors, and West Shore Home. From January 2017 to December 2020, they were an investment banker (M&A) at PJT Partners, where they were part of the team that spun out of Blackstone's M&A Group. Prior to that, they were a sales & trading (securities) analyst at Goldman Sachs from January 2016 to December 2016, and an investment banking analyst at Piper Jaffray from January 2016 to December 2016. Natalie started their career as a research associate at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) from January 2015 to February 2016, where they generated mathematic models with post-doctorate students regarding need-based approaches to activity generation for travel demand analysis (F-MOD).

Natalie Jin completed their undergraduate degree at Wellesley College, where they double majored in Economics and Chinese Language and Literature. Natalie then went on to complete their MBA at the MIT Sloan School of Management.
