Natalie Jin is the current Head of Corporate Partnerships at Workstream. Prior to this, they were an private equity investor at Leonard Green & Partners from January 2020 to September 2021. Natalie Jin completed their undergraduate degree at Wellesley College, where they double majored in Economics and Chinese Language and Literature. Natalie then went on to complete their MBA at the MIT Sloan School of Management.
