Walter Swanlund

Walter Swanlund has extensive experience in employee engagement, recognition, and performance incentive programs, serving as President of Reward & Recognition Solutions, LLC since 1994. Additionally, Swanlund holds multiple Regional Vice President positions at companies including CSI International, Meridian Enterprises Corporation, C.A. Short, HMI Performance Incentives, Eagle Recognition, Paradigm Partners, and RecogNation, focusing on enhancing customer and employee experiences and boosting business performance. Prior to these roles, Swanlund was VP of Business Development at Carlson Marketing from 1974 to 1994. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing and a Bachelor of Arts in Advertising and Journalism, both from Michigan State University.
