Salma Fakhry has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Salma recently worked at WorkTango Inc. as a Product Operations Analyst, where they played a key role in revolutionizing employee engagement and recognition. In this role, they provided actionable insights through employee surveys and advised HR and leadership teams on employee survey strategies. Prior to that, Salma worked at SOTI as a People Development Specialist, where they designed training programs and instructional materials for internal audiences and managed various projects such as employee engagement and orientation revamp. Salma also gained experience at Apple as a Technical Specialist and Specialist, where they investigated device issues, educated customers on Apple product features, and generated business leads for Apple At Work program. Salma Fakhry, CSM, holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Affairs and Education, which they obtained from the University of Toronto Mississauga between 2014 and 2019. In addition to their academic achievements, Salma has earned several certifications from reputable institutions. Salma obtained the Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification from the Scrum Alliance in November 2022. In March 2022, they also acquired the Account Manager (quota carrying) certification from Sales Assembly. Furthermore, Salma became an Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP) in March 2019, attaining their certification from Apple.
