Amanda McCarthy has held various roles in customer service and operations since 2013. Amanda began their career as a Customer Service Agent at Abtran, followed by a Front Office Receptionist role at Rochestown Park Hotel. In 2015, they joined FB Beauty LTD as an Operations/Finance Assistant, where they were responsible for processing PO's daily and liaising with the warehouse. In 2017, they joined VMware as a Customer Support Specialist- LATF and later as a Customer Support Representative- LATF, where they assisted customers with license transfers and liaised with legal and operations teams. In 2020, they became a Customer Experience Representative at Float Cash Flow Forecasting, and in 2021, they took on the role of Customer Support Specialist at Workvivo.

Amanda McCarthy attended Munster Technological University from 2009 to 2013, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Business in Tourism.
