Conor Kiernan has over 25 years of work experience in the technology industry. In 1995, they began their career as a Software Engineer at IMS MAXIMS, where they were responsible for software development of solutions for health boards and hospitals. In 2000, they moved to Incognito Software Systems as a Technical Sales Manager (formerly Interactive Enterprise), where they were successful in selling the 'Broadband Operating System' (BoS - OSS) to broadband operators in the Americas, Europe, Middle East and Africa. In 2005, they joined Capita Integrated Business Solutions as a Business Development Consultant, promoting business of bespoke software developed for organizations across the public and private sectors. In 2006, they returned to Incognito Software Systems as Director of Sales - EMEA, with regional responsibility for sales across Europe, Middle East and Africa. In 2012, they moved to CoreHR as Director of Enterprise Sales, where they headed the new business sales function and implemented best practice processes to drive efficiencies and improve the bottomline for organizations. In 2017, they joined Oracle as Senior Sales Manager - HCM Cloud (UKI), offering industry-leading, fully-integrated Cloud solutions to mid-sized organisations across all commercial sectors. In 2018, they joined TDS (Time Data Security) Ltd as VP Global Sales, as a member of the senior management team reporting directly to the Board. In 2020, they joined Workvivo as Director of Sales.
Conor Kiernan attended the Institute of Technology, Carlow from 1991 to 1995 and obtained a B.Sc (Honours) in Software Engineering. In April 2020, they received seven certifications from LinkedIn in Advanced Business Development: Communication and Negotiation, Balancing Multiple Roles as a Leader, Inclusive Leadership, Managing High Potentials, Managing New Managers, Strategic Thinking, and The Six Morning Habits of High Performers.
