Jen Busch

Jen Busch has worked in the sales and operations industry for 18 years. In 2020, they began their current role as Director of Sales at Workvivo. Prior to that, they were the Director of Sales at Vsource.io from 2018 to 2020. From 2002 to 2018, Jen worked at Aerotek in various roles, including Director of Business Operations, Senior Account Executive, and Senior Technical Recruiter. During their time at Aerotek, they were responsible for leading business operations, establishing and maintaining strategic partnerships, and sourcing, screening and selecting candidates for client job requirements.

Jen Busch has an educational background in chemistry. Jen received their BS in Chemistry from Shepherd University and is currently enrolled in the Analytical Chemistry Graduate Program at North Carolina State University.
