Jen Jordan

Head of Strategic Customers at Workvivo

Jen Jordan has held various roles in the professional sphere since 2005. Jen began as a Receptionist (Ad-Hoc Basis) at Suncourt Medical Centre in 2005. In 2010, they were a Consumer Promotions Personnel at Ground Marketing & Campus.ie and Vice President of DIT Students' Union. In 2011, they were a Student Liaison Consultant at Murdoch University Guild of Students. From 2013 to 2014, they were a Management Consultant Graduate Student at UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School, as well as a Business Consultant, Business Analyst, and Senior Consultant. Finally, since 2019, they have been Head of Strategic Customers and Customer Experience Manager at Workvivo.

Jen Jordan obtained a B.Sc in Property Economics from Technological University Dublin between 2005 and 2010. Jen then went on to achieve a Master's Degree in Management Consultancy with First Class Honours from UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School in 2014. Prior to this, they attended St. Aloysuis College between 1999 and 2005. Additionally, they hold a certification in Active Operations Management International (AOMi Limited) at the Foundation Level.
