Ross O'Neill

Ross O'Neill has a diverse work experience in the field of IT project management and customer experience. Ross is currently working as a Customer Experience Manager at Workvivo since February 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Boston Private as an IT Project Manager from July 2018 to January 2021. Before that, they served as a Project Manager at athenahealth from October 2016 to July 2018. Ross also had the role of Senior IT Project Manager at American Tower from June 2012 to October 2016. Their career started at Fidelity Investments, where they worked as a Systems Analyst from 2008 to 2012 and as an Associate Systems Analyst from September 2007 to October 2008.

Ross O'Neill completed their Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Business Information Systems from University College Cork in the years 2003 to 2007. Following this, they pursued a HETAC Diploma in Computing, with a Systems Analysis stream, from HETAC between the years 2007 to 2008. Ross also holds a certification in Project Management, specifically the PMP Certification, from the Project Management Institute.
