Sarah Ryan

Head of CX Operations & Enablement at Workvivo

Sarah Ryan has held a number of roles since 2007. Sarah began their career at Next Group PLC as a Part-Time Supervisor in 2007. In 2012, they took on an internship role as a Site Energy Lead Assistant at Pfizer. In 2013, Sarah joined Accenture where they held the roles of Tech Consulting, Product Owner & Project Manager - Digital Marketing Support Ops, Project Manager - Tech Support Ops Mobilisation, Project Manager - Tech Support Ops Stabilisation, Test Analyst, and PMO Lead. In 2019, Sarah moved to Workvivo where they currently hold the roles of Head of CX Operations & Enablement and Onboarding & Customer Success.

Sarah Ryan has a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Energy Engineering from University College Cork, which they obtained from 2009 to 2013. Prior to that, they attended Christ King Girls Secondary School from 2003 to 2009. In addition to their degree, Sarah has obtained several certifications, including a Green Belt Lean Six Sigma from Trigraph Professional Training in August 2018, a Professional Scrum Master PSM1 from Scrum.org in June 2017, a Certified Associate in Project Management from the Project Management Institute in July 2015, and an ISTQB Certified Tester from BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT in February 2015.
