Ken Mazur

Ken Mazur is an experienced finance professional with extensive expertise in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) across multiple industries. Currently serving as Sr. Director of FP&A at WorkWave since November 2024, Ken previously held similar leadership roles at iCIMS from July 2019 to January 2025, where responsibilities included overseeing FP&A functions and managing finance teams. Prior to iCIMS, Ken worked at Eaton Filtration from February 2013 to May 2017, focusing on commercial finance and reporting for a $250 million global division. Earlier career roles include Senior Hedge Fund Accountant at International Fund Services (Ireland) Ltd and Mutual Fund Accountant at State Street, where Ken managed net asset valuations for various financial products. Ken holds an MBA in Finance and Management from Rutgers University and a B.S. in Finance from Drexel University.
