Vanessa Stewart is an experienced legal professional with a robust background in corporate law, employment law, litigation, and data privacy. Currently serving as Associate General Counsel at WorkWave since October 2022, Vanessa provides senior legal advice to company leadership and leads initiatives in data privacy and cybersecurity. Prior to this role, Vanessa was Chief Legal Officer at TaskEasy, where responsibilities included scaling the legal function and driving M&A transactions, culminating in TaskEasy's acquisition by WorkWave. Vanessa's legal career also includes serving as General Counsel at NM Group and as a Senior Litigation Associate Attorney at Sullivan, Ballog & Williams, LLP, where extensive experience was gained in managing complex civil cases.
