Debbie Browning has extensive work experience in the technology and information systems field. Debbie is currently serving as the Chief Information Officer at Workwear Group since March 2023 and as the Chief Technology Officer since August 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Origin Energy as the Group Manager Retail Technology from June 2019 to August 2021. Additionally, they held the roles of Group Manager infrastructure services & delivery from July 2017 to June 2019, and Head of Infrastructure Architecture and Delivery from December 2016 to July 2017 at Origin Energy.

Debbie also has experience working at Coles, where they served as the Head of Infrastructure Architecture and Delivery from May 2015 to December 2016, and as the Cloud Services Delivery Manager from May 2012 to May 2015. Debbie also held the position of IT IS&O AIS Manager from April 2011 to August 2012 at Coles.

Prior to their time at Coles, Debbie worked at Nike Pacific as an IT Manager from April 1999 to March 2005, and as an IT Project Manager from 1998 to 1999. Debbie also gained experience at Esanda Finance as a Senior Analyst Programmer from 1997 to 1998 and at Brashs Ltd as a Project Manager from 1995 to 1997. Before that, they worked as an Analyst Programmer at Brashs Pty Ltd from 1994 to 1995.

Debbie Browning obtained their Master's degree in Business (majoring in Marketing) from Monash University between 2000 and 2003.
