Shruti Pednekar

Shruti Pednekar is an experienced Human Resources professional, currently serving as a Human Resources Advisor and HR, Safety & Sustainability Coordinator at Workwear Group since November 2020. Previously, Shruti held several HR roles, including Human Resources Director at 180 Degrees Consulting Royal Melbourne and Human Resources Recruitment Officer (Volunteer) at Furry Friends Animal Rescue QLD. Shruti began their career as an Associate in HR Operations at Tata Consultancy Services and worked as an HR Executive at Vibrantzz Management Services. Educationally, Shruti holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management and Services from RMIT University, a Master’s degree in Pharma Business Management from the Mumbai Educational Trust, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from Mithibai College of Arts.
