Carlos Zavala

Carlos Zavala has extensive work experience in the manufacturing industry. Carlos began their career at Williamson-Dickie Mfg. Co., where they held various leadership positions including Director of Manufacturing, Director of Engineering, and VP of Manufacturing, Contracting, Engineering and Purchasing. In these roles, they oversaw multiple manufacturing plants, implemented lean manufacturing practices, and led cost reduction and process improvement projects. Carlos also played a key role in expanding the company's operations in Honduras. Zavala then joined VF Corporation as VP of Manufacturing, Workwear, before moving on to their current position as Vice President of Distribution at Workwear Outfitters.

Carlos Zavala obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Case Western Reserve University between 1993 and 1996. Carlos then pursued a Master of Business Administration degree, specializing in Finance & Strategic Consulting, from Southern Methodist University - Cox School of Business between 2000 and 2002.
