Matt Ervin is an experienced professional with a strong background in application engineering, sales, and marketing solutions. Currently serving as the Application Engineering Manager at Workwear Outfitters since November 2025, Matt is responsible for overseeing all aspects of product management for SaaS products. Previously, Matt held multiple leadership roles at Speak Creative, including Vice President of Creative Services, where responsibilities included product management and customer support. Matt also served as Director of Technology Solutions at Vanick Digital, managing a significant digital enablement program. With a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Mississippi College and a Master of Arts in Christian Education from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, Matt combines technical expertise with a strong educational foundation. In addition, Matt is actively involved as a Spin Instructor at Williamson County Parks since March 2019.
