Drew Goins

Drew Goins currently serves as the Head of Go-To-Market Operations at WorkWhile since July 2025. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Manager of Brand Growth GTM Strategy & Operations at Faire from February 2021 to June 2025, where Drew led supply-side growth across Sales, Marketing, and Product. Additional positions at Faire included Manager of Sales & RevOps GTM Strategy & Operations, where Drew developed the outbound supply-side sales strategy and built a Revenue Operations team. Prior to that, Drew was a Consultant at Berkeley Research Group LLC, focusing on performance improvement and turnaround strategies for enterprise retailers. Drew's career began at Kohler Co., where roles included Associate Product Manager and Project Leader. Drew holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Michigan State University, where participation included varsity swimming.
