Joe Vartanian

Joe Vartanian has extensive experience in project management and construction, currently serving as Project Executive and previously as Senior Project Manager at Focus since April 2015. Prior roles include Construction Manager and Owner's Representative at Thomas Roszak Architecture, LLC from October 2013 to March 2015, overseeing the JeffJack Apartments project in Chicago. Joe managed the development of various commercial, residential, and senior housing projects as a Project Manager at Urban Innovations from January 2007 to September 2013. Additional experience includes managing an 84-unit condo building at Morningside Group and serving as a Project Estimator at Orren Pickell Designers & Builders, focusing on high-end custom single-family homes. Joe Vartanian holds a BS in Engineering Arts with a specialization in Materials Science and Engineering and Business Management from Michigan State University, completed in 2000.
