World Affairs Council of Atlanta
Asma Farid serves as a member of the board of directors for the World Affairs Council of Atlanta and the World Affairs Council of Connecticut. In addition, Asma holds the position of vice president and managing partner at BroadPeak since December 2015 and contributes as a board member for Edible Brands. Previously, Asma was a member of the board for JDRF International until July 2023 and served on the board of IRIS: Integrated Refugee & Immigrant Services from October 2014 to February 2019. Asma's earlier experience includes the role of vice president at Netsolace from January 2004 to July 2016. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Information Technology & Business from Quinnipiac University and studies at the International Islamic University.

Founded in 2010 to support of the city’s transformation into an international economic hub, we have organized hundreds of programs exploring a diverse array of world events and trends.
