Melissa Shrader

Melissa Shrader is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategic account management and leadership development. Currently serving as the Strategic Accounts Director at YPO since November 2010, Melissa has played a pivotal role in establishing key multi-year partnerships and managing various business networks. In addition to the work at YPO, Melissa holds leadership positions such as Co-Chair of the Education Committee at the Women's Giving Alliance, focusing on strategic philanthropy, and serves as an At-Large Board Member for the World Affairs Council of Jacksonville. Prior roles include National Sales Manager for the American Culinary Federation and Development Coordinator for The Grove Counseling Center. Melissa holds a Master’s degree in Communication and a Bachelor’s degree in Advertising/Public Relations, both from the University of Central Florida.
