Margaret Hasani has extensive work experience in the field of development and membership. Margaret started their career at the World Affairs Council of Philadelphia in 2014 as a Membership & Corporate Intern. Margaret then moved on to Penske Truck Leasing as a Commercial Rental Representative in 2013 and 2014. Margaret returned to the World Affairs Council in 2014 and held various roles, including Membership & Events Assistant, Events Coordinator & Executive Assistant, Director of Development & Membership, and currently Vice President of Development & Membership. In their current position, they oversee all activities of the Development & Membership Department and focuses on major gift cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship. Margaret also establishes and deepens organizational relationships with donors, directs grant applications, and supports the Council's Board of Directors.

Margaret Hasani earned their Bachelor of Arts degree in International Studies with a minor in French from Arcadia University from 2010 to 2014. Prior to that, they attended Governor Mifflin Senior High School.
