Aisha Ayinde

Aisha Ayinde is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in organizational effectiveness, talent management, and leadership development. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director at the World Anti-Doping Agency, Aisha has held prominent roles at CN as Director of Organizational Effectiveness & Culture and at CGI as Director of Human Resources Business Partnerships. Aisha's background includes significant consulting positions at Abbott, where contributions to global talent management and relationship building were key, as well as leadership roles at Pfizer and Sprint. In addition to professional endeavors, Aisha co-led the Montreal Chapter of Canadian Women in Communications. Aisha holds an MA in Industrial Relations and Human Resources Management from Queen's University and a BA with honors in Sociology of Labour from Concordia University, and is Prosci Certified.
