Stuart Kemp

COO at World Anti-Doping Agency

Effective January 2020, Stuart Kemp assumed the role of Deputy Chief Operating Officer, overseeing WADA’s impact areas, including athlete engagement, and acts as the management liaison for WADA’s Athlete Committee and Ethics Advisory Expert Group.

Stuart joined WADA in 2006 as Testing Manager and has held a number of different roles since that time. Prior to joining WADA, Stuart was Senior Manager of Testing at the Canadian Centre for Ethics in Sport (CCES).

Stuart holds a combined honors bachelor’s degree of arts in political science and international development studies from Dalhousie University, in Halifax (Canada), and a Master of Arts in human kinetics from the University of Ottawa (Canada). Stuart was a collegiate swimmer at the National level during these studies.
