Mihails Galuška

Mihails Galuška is an experienced professional in identity and access management, project management, and water polo officiating. As the Identity and Access Management Global Product Manager at If Insurance since July 2016, Mihails leads business strategy and service catalogue initiatives. Mihails has worked on the If Mobile application for Latvia since 2017, enhancing user experience with advanced PKI-based identity services. Mihails also serves as a Water Polo Referee for European Aquatics and World Aquatics and holds leadership roles in water polo governance through the Latvian Swimming Federation. Previous experience includes key management positions in commercial departments and project management across the IT and insurance sectors, supporting business growth and strategic partnerships. Mihails holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Latvia and possesses certifications in ITIL.
