Jon Napier

Jon Napier is an experienced legal professional specializing in sports governance and integrity. Since December 2018, Jon Napier has been a member of the Election Oversight Panel at World Athletics, overseeing compliance during IAAF elections. Concurrently, Jon Napier serves on the Legal Consultative Group for ASOIF, providing legal insights on sports-related issues. From December 2011 to December 2022, Jon Napier was an arbitrator for Sport Resolutions UK, and held the role of Governance & Rules Consultant for World Sailing from February 2013 to November 2022, where Jon Napier focused on enhancing the sport's governance and officiating standards.
