Aliya Karakulova

Aliya Karakulova is an experienced professional currently working at the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank in the Strategy, Policy, and Budget division since June 2023. With a significant tenure at The World Bank since August 2008, Aliya holds the position of Senior Operations Officer and has served as Task Team Leader for multiple high-profile projects, including the largest transport investment loan in the institution's history for the Kazakhstan South-West Roads Project.
