Chris Lloyd

Chris Lloyd is an experienced professional in the offshore wind sector, currently serving as Co-Founder of Offshore Wind Learning since October 2022 and as a Consultant for the World Bank Group, focusing on the ESMAP-IFC Offshore Wind Development Program. With a career spanning over two decades, Chris has held significant roles including Offshore Wind Consultant with Copenhagen Offshore Partners, New Leasing Rounds Advisor at Red Rock Power Limited, and various positions at Innogy Renewables UK, The Crown Estate, Navitus Bay, and RWE Innogy UK Ltd. Chris's expertise encompasses project development, stakeholder management, and strategic risk mitigation. Educational credentials include a Master’s Degree from Loughborough University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Geology from Cardiff University, along with executive training from the London School of Economics.
