Elena Puche Palao

Elena Puche Palao is a legal consultant at The World Bank, specializing in digital regulations and data privacy since September 2021. Prior experience includes serving as a Multilateral Projects Specialist at the Spanish Economic and Commercial Office in Washington, D.C., where strategies and proposals related to competition, innovation, and digitalization were tracked for the Spanish Government.
