Lisa Rosen is a seasoned professional in compliance and regulatory affairs, currently serving as Vice President at The World Bank since August 2023. Prior to this role, Lisa held the position of Chief Compliance Officer at the Bank of England from November 2021 to June 2023 and at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) from July 2014 to November 2021. Additionally, Lisa worked at LCH.Clearnet as Head of Compliance and Public Affairs and at Barclays as Global Head of Regulatory Affairs. Early career experience includes positions at Merrill Lynch as EMEA Head of Litigation and Contentious Regulatory and at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer and Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP as a lawyer. Lisa holds a Juris Doctor from Fordham University School of Law and two Master's Degrees in International Relations from The London School of Economics and Political Science, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and History from Vanderbilt University.
