Patrice Berge-Vincent serves as an Independent Consultant at aMdeC consulting since December 2022, focusing on global financial services advocacy with 20 years of regulatory policy experience. Currently a Consultant for the World Bank, Patrice assists emerging and growth countries in enhancing securities market regulations and developing capital markets. Previous roles include Managing Director at the Investment Company Institute, Partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers, and Head of asset management regulation policy at the Autorité des marchés financiers in France. Patrice’s career also includes significant contributions to the European Commission and various positions within the Public Treasury and the Mairie de Paris. Patrice holds a Master of Public Administration from ENA and additional qualifications from École nationale du Trésor.
