Randy B. Hecht is the owner of Aphra Communications, a firm established in September 2001 that connects a network of multilingual writers, editors, and translators across Europe, Asia, and the Americas, providing expertise in various languages and local business practices. Since July 2001, Randy has also served as an editorial consultant for global clients, including The World Bank, producing a diverse portfolio that includes topics on small business management and international trade. As a freelance journalist, Randy contributes to prominent publications such as National Geographic Traveler and Smithsonian, focusing on global business and cultural narratives. Previously, Randy held the position of Vice President of Communications at Morgen-Walke Associates, managing investor relations for public companies, and was a Creative Director at TMP Worldwide/Monster.com, where creative campaigns and corporate communication projects were developed.
