Ray E.

Ray E. is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in community development and knowledge sharing across various sectors. As Co-Founder of the Community Builders Community of Practice since March 2023, Ray E. leads a global network focused on creating collaborative spaces for professionals in international development and peacebuilding. At the World Bank Group, serving as a Consultant Learning and Community Specialist, Ray E. enhances knowledge sharing among practitioners in developing countries.
