Anthony Cheung

Anthony Cheung is a seasoned professional in the field of ESG, serving as Managing Director and Head of ESG at Polymer Capital since April 2021. In addition to this role, Anthony is a Member of The Supervisory Board at the World Benchmarking Alliance, where efforts focus on developing standardized benchmarking frameworks to assess corporate performance towards Sustainable Development Goals. Anthony's expertise is recognized as a lecturer and examiner for the Certified ESG Analyst program through EFFAS, where representation extends to the Asia Pacific Region. Furthermore, Anthony holds board positions, including Board Governor and Convenor of Green Finance at Friends of the Earth (HK), and is an Independent Non-Executive Director at IPE Group Limited, chairing both the ESG and Remuneration Committees. Academically, Anthony holds a BSc (Hons) in Economics from The London School of Economics and has pursued further studies at the University of Cambridge and the University of Hamburg, focusing on sustainable finance and business.
