Andrew Arden Hayes

Andrew Arden Hayes is currently the VP, Director of Marketing & Communications at World Business Chicago. Prior to that, they served as the Vice President, Regional Marketing & Communications Director at Fifth Third Bank from July 2010 to July 2019. In that role, they were responsible for leading the communications, integrated marketing, public relations, and reputation management for the region. Andrew also implemented Bancorp digital marketing and experiential campaigns with a focus on wealth management and commercial banking.

Throughout their career, Hayes has been a strategic leader and effective communicator, helping to increase the reputation net equity of Fifth Third Bank markedly over eight years. Andrew has also developed and executed internal/employee communications for various organizations, including e-news, newsletters, Town Halls, and WebEx.

Andrew Arden Hayes holds a BA in marketing and public relations from Columbia College Chicago, as well as a certificate in digital marketing from Northwestern University Executive Ed.
