Kayla Cate

Kayla C. is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in ecosystem engagement, social enterprise, and digital media. Currently serving as the Director of Ecosystem Engagement at World Business Chicago since November 2022, Kayla previously held the position of Innovation Program Manager. Prior experience includes roles at the USC Brittingham Social Enterprise Lab as a Social Media Specialist and Program Manager, and at the Archdiocese of Los Angeles as Digital Engagement Manager. Kayla has also contributed to the University of Southern California - Marshall School of Business as Vice President of Events for the Master of Science in Social Entrepreneurship Student Association. Additional roles encompass positions at YB Consulting, Trident University International as an Admissions Advisor, Live Nation Entertainment as a Premium Seats Sales Intern, and Loyola University Chicago as a Digital Media Lab Advisor and Orientation Leader. Kayla holds a Master of Science in Social Entrepreneurship from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Digital Media Studies from Loyola University Chicago.
